About this tool
Preview your own text in a local font without installing it. Once a font loads, the preview uses it to render headings, paragraphs and numbers so you can inspect their appearance.
Rendering uses your current browser’s font engine. Font size, line height and letter spacing are independent controls. Replacing the font keeps your text and settings for comparing the same passage.
How to use it
Choose a font
Select one TTF, OTF, WOFF or WOFF2 file no larger than 30 MB and wait for it to load.
Enter your text
Replace the sample with the actual letters, numbers and punctuation you intend to use.
Adjust the layout
Move the size, line height and spacing sliders to inspect wrapping, density and readability.

What to know before you start
- Missing glyphs may fall back to a system font; this tool does not validate character coverage.
- Loading a font does not install it on your operating system. Choose the file again after refreshing.
- Rendering varies across browsers and operating systems and may differ from print or design software.
