ToolGarden information
Terms of Use
By using ToolGarden, you agree to use the tools lawfully, verify important outputs, and retain appropriate backups of original data.
Last updated: 2026-08-03
Permitted use
- Do not use the site to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, or access controls.
- Do not deliberately disrupt the service, distribute malware, or abuse third-party assets and infrastructure.
- Do not treat demonstrations or generated examples as professional legal, security, medical, or financial advice.
Verify outputs and keep originals
Browser capabilities, file formats, models, fonts, and third-party libraries can produce incomplete or unexpected results. Preview important outputs and retain the original until the transformed file has been accepted for its intended use.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided as available without a guarantee that every tool, browser, file, model, or network environment will work without interruption or error. Features and these terms may change as the product evolves.
Your files and your rights
The files you put into a tool remain yours. The site acquires no rights over them, claims none, and for the supported tools could not acquire them, because the content never leaves your device; the privacy policy identifies which tools those are.
In return, it is on you to confirm you are entitled to process the material. Font subsetting is bound by font licensing, watermark removal does not change who owns an image's copyright, and PDF decryption applies only to documents you already have the right to open. Technically possible is not the same as permitted, and that judgement is yours.
Advertising and third-party components
This site shows advertising supplied by Google AdSense to cover running costs. Ads are served by a third party and may use cookies or similar technologies; the privacy policy explains this and how to exercise your choices. Advertising revenue does not change how any tool processes data or where that data goes.
The site is built on a substantial amount of open-source software; including FFmpeg, pdf-lib, pdfjs, Excalidraw, tldraw, Mind Elixir and Transformers.js, plus the model files they depend on. Each remains under its own licence, unchanged by being used here.
What is disclaimed
Output is provided for your own judgement and use. The site accepts no liability for differences between a converted result and the original, for model output that does not match expectations, for processing that stalls or fails because of browser or device limits, or for any direct or indirect consequence of your use of a result.
The technical explanations, format comparisons and stated limits on these pages are engineering descriptions. They are not legal, security, medical, financial or compliance advice. Where contracts, identity documents, medical records or financial data are involved, defer to a qualified professional in that field.
Changes and scope
Features keep changing and these terms may change with them. A revised version applies from the date it is published, and the last-updated date is shown at the top of the page. If you do not accept a revision, simply stop using the site; there are no accounts, so there is nothing to close.
